Private beta draft. This document is being finalised and will be reviewed by counsel before general availability.
Last updated October 2026.
The short version
- We do not sell your data.
- Your private data is never pooled with other customers’ data and is not used to train models.
- You can ask us to delete your data.
- Product data never goes to our marketing system.
Who we are
“Tarmiq”, “we” and “us” mean [Operating entity to be confirmed], which operates the Tarmiq website and the Tarmiq private beta. You can reach us at [Contact email to be confirmed]. Governing law: [Governing law and venue to be confirmed].
What this covers
This draft covers the tarmiq.com website and the Tarmiq private beta product. Tarmiq is a research tool for aviation sourcing teams, used by businesses. It is not directed at children.
What we collect
When you visit this website
This website uses Google Tag Manager to load the measurement tags we configure, so we can see how the site is used. When a page loads, Google receives technical details such as your IP address and browser. Analytics and advertising cookies are switched off by default (Google Consent Mode) and we will add a consent choice before turning them on. Google Tag Manager is not used inside the Tarmiq application. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run and protect the site.
When you request early access
Your name, work email, company and what you tell us about your sourcing work. This goes to our marketing system (GoHighLevel) or to our inbox, depending on how the form is set up when you use it. Please do not include customer data, pricing or export-controlled information.
When you use the private beta
- Account details: your name, email address and organization membership, provided through our sign-in provider.
- Workspace content: part numbers and request lines you enter, sourcing cases, notes, research results, RFQ drafts, and any companies, contacts and observations you record.
- Operational data: audit events and technical logs needed to keep the service secure and working. We design logs to leave out request bodies, cookies and query strings.
The private beta does not request access to your mailbox.
How we use it
- To provide the service you asked for, and to keep it secure and working.
- To respond to early-access requests and to run the beta, including support and feedback.
- To meet legal obligations.
What we never do
- We do not sell personal data or customer data.
- We do not pool one customer’s private data with another’s, and we do not use it to train models.
- We do not share customer data into any shared network. Contributing to one would need your separate, explicit, revocable permission, and no such feature exists today.
- We do not send anything to a supplier on your behalf. A person sends every message.
Who processes data for us
These are the service providers we plan to use. We will confirm the final list before general availability.
- Clerk
- Sign-in and organization membership.
- Neon
- The database that stores workspace content.
- Render
- Hosting for the website, application and background worker.
- Anthropic (optional)
- An optional AI provider for bounded research review. It receives public evidence only, such as public reference records and FAA document excerpts. It never receives your notes, customer references, memory records or your identity.
- Google (Tag Manager)
- Website measurement on tarmiq.com only. Never used inside the application, and never sent product data.
- GoHighLevel
- Marketing and early-access requests only. Product data is never sent to it.
Public sources we query
To find FAA documents, Tarmiq’s servers may send a part number you researched to the Federal Register’s public search. Nothing that identifies you or your organization is sent with it. Be aware that a part number you enter may be sent there, and avoid entering identifiers you consider confidential.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep workspace content while your organization uses Tarmiq. On request, we will delete your account and your organization’s workspace data. Some security and audit records may need to be kept for a limited time to protect the service, and copies in backups are removed as the backups expire. We will confirm the specific periods before general availability.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Write to us at [Contact email to be confirmed]. Rights that apply to you under local law will be described here once our operating entity and jurisdiction are confirmed.
Where data is processed
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. We will list processing locations and the safeguards we use before general availability.
Security
See Security and data principles for how tenant isolation, memory visibility and AI limits work, and what we do not claim.
Changes
This is a draft for the private beta. If it changes in a way that matters to you, we will tell beta participants before the change takes effect.
